Is ClockFuel free?

You can create an account and try one free workday without a credit card. That access lasts 24 hours from your first press of Start, not 24 tracked hours. Paid checkout is not enabled yet, so you cannot purchase a subscription. Keep backup copies while we finish the beta.

What about plans and multiple jobs?

The planned tiers are Free with one job for the free workday, Solo at $5/month with one active job, and Pro at $9/month with multiple active jobs. Paid plans and their job-limit enforcement are still being finalized. They are not available to buy yet.

Where is my work saved?

When you are signed in, completed sessions and job settings are saved to your ClockFuel account in Supabase. The browser also keeps a local copy. Press Stop and wait for “Saved to your account” to confirm a successful cloud save. If a save error appears, keep the page open and use the recovery or backup options; do not clear browser data.

Work from the older browser-only beta is not automatically available everywhere. Keep a backup and follow any import prompt when connecting that work to your account.

Can I use it on my phone?

Open ClockFuel in a phone or desktop browser and sign in to the same account to access cloud-saved work. Cross-device behavior is still being tested during beta. Stop your session and confirm it has saved before switching devices; running timers do not currently carry over to another workspace.

Can I close the app while the timer runs?

Not safely yet. Active-session recovery is still being improved. Press Stop and confirm your work is saved before closing, refreshing, or switching away from the workspace. Pausing is not the same as saving a completed session.

Does it send invoices or collect payments?

ClockFuel creates a downloadable text invoice draft, a CSV time log, and a professional or friendly email draft from saved sessions. You review and send those yourself; ClockFuel does not send client invoices or collect client payments. Account verification emails are separate and are now enabled.

What does beta mean?

This is an early version and you may run into bugs. Keep backup copies of important work and double-check tracked hours and invoice totals before using them for billing.
