When does the trial begin?

Your 7-day Pro trial begins when you first press Start. It lasts seven consecutive days, not seven tracked workdays. Signing up does not start the clock.

What happens when it ends?

A paid subscription is required to start new tracking. Your history remains available to read and export, and you can finish an already saved active session. There is no permanently free tracking plan and no automatic trial charge.

What happens to my extra jobs on Solo?

Solo allows tracking on your primary job. Other jobs remain read-only, with their history available to view and export. Pro allows multiple active jobs.

When will I be charged?

Choose a plan from your account to open Stripe checkout. Confirming a paid subscription starts billing immediately, even if you have trial time left. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can manage billing and cancel through your account.

Does my work sync?

Signed-in work is saved to your account with a local recovery copy. Open workspaces check for updates every few seconds while online. Start, pause, resume, or stop the same timer from your phone or computer; time is counted once. Check the save status before switching devices. If two devices edit the same detail at once, ClockFuel asks you to resolve the conflict and keeps a recovery copy.
